How to get Started:

  1. Submit your technology request via the Sodexo Portal HERE.
  2. Your Account Manager, Brian Flewelling (Brian.Flewelling@promotion.tech) will be reaching out to you to further discuss your project within 2-3 business days.
  3. PTG will provide a budgetary quote and work with your location to schedule a site survey.
  4. PTG will complete a site survey with Sodexo to understand where the screens will be located and the dimensions of the space (Please note, the site is responsible for power and data being installed prior to installation).
  5. PTG’s Engineering Team will review the site survey deliverables to tailor a quote for your location.
  6. Brian Flewelling will send you the final quote for the project with the proper approvals (Please note that different approvals are required based on if your project is Sodexo or Client Paid).
